About Carla Stephens

Carla’s professional experience includes a background in corporate insurance and work for an engineering and land development firm. Prior to joining Hill, Spooner & Elliott, Inc. Carla worked as an operating broker for the largest franchised brokerage in North Florida with 300+ agents. Earning the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) in 2007, a designation attained by less than 1% of all sales associates, 2016 President for Women’s Council of REALTORS®, multiple committee roles with Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® and receiving the TBR President’s Spirit Award in 2016 Carla has shown her leadership and service to the real estate community.

 

Licensed in 1994, earning a Broker license in 1996 and a Georgia Broker license in 2006 Carla has established solid experience with integrity and passion for her profession. She understands the importance of relationships and providing care, concern, and guidance in all aspects of the real estate transaction bringing highly specialized service for each unique opportunity.

 

With 28 years of marriage and two adult children, Carla enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, traveling,g and spending quality time with family and friends.
