I’ve been in construction since 1999, launching my first licensed contracting company in 2001 and founding GBGH around 2006.

Over the years, we’ve built, renovated, and developed hundreds of residential and commercial projects—both for clients and for speculative sale. Our work has taken us across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Mississippi. Traveling for commercial construction exposed us to diverse markets and helped shape the vision behind many of our developments.

We specialize in delivering unique and complex projects, often self-performing the horizontal and structural components to ensure quality and efficiency.

Today, we’re proud to call Tallahassee home—where we live, work, and raise our four children full-time.

Daron & Stephanie Bridges

Bridgewater Builders, LLC

Bridgewater Builders is dedicated to building high quality custom homes with personal and professional service. With over 40 years of experience in the building, developing, and real estate industry, Daron & Stephanie Bridges established Bridgewater Builders, LLC in 2008. Their creative, forward-focused, and hands-on approach ensures every project results in a one-of-a-kind custom home.

Daron is a 6th generation Floridian. While earning his degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University, he worked for a long-established homebuilding company in the Florida Panhandle. He successfully oversaw thousands of projects spanning eight counties in Florida and Georgia.

Stephanie began her career in real estate in 2007. A year later, she and Daron took a leap of faith to start Bridgewater Builders, LLC. Stephanie wears many hats—from project management, marketing, and estimating, to purchasing, design detail, and beyond.
