Our Culture
Calynne Hill, Hettie Spooner and Lindsay Elliott founded Hill Spooner & Elliott in 2004. All three women already had successful real estate careers and decided to establish their own brokerage with a dual purpose: to pursue their own team goals and to support other agents in growing their careers in a tight-knit, boutique environment. They have fostered a welcoming brokerage that combines professionalism with a sense of family. Here, agents have the opportunity to develop their independent real estate practices while receiving support from like-minded individuals who are motivated and dedicated.
