About Chelsea Williams

Chelsea Williams grew up in Tallahassee and is proud to call Florida’s Capital City home. After 13 years in education, she transitioned to real estate full-time, bringing the same passion for serving others and building lasting relationships. She has held her real estate license since 2017, building her business part-time while teaching. Chelsea loves helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest investments with confidence. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, or those ready for their next chapter, she is committed to making every transaction smooth, stress-free, and rewarding. Chelsea and her husband are raising their two children in Tallahassee and enjoy giving back through their schools and local youth programs. Outside of real estate, she loves cheering on the Florida State Seminoles and Tennessee Volunteers, traveling with her family, and finding inspiration in home design. Chelsea is honored to serve buyers and sellers throughout Tallahassee and the surrounding communities and looks forward to helping every client find a place to call home.
